Reviniis a sparkling white wine , from the Euganean Hillsnear Padua, in VenetoIt has a straw-yellow color with greenish hints and is distinguished by a fresh, delicate, and fruity bouquet.Our Serprino D.O.C. has a soft, lively flavor, sometimes slightly off-dry,making it excellent as an aperitif, with delicate appetizers, and with fish or seafood dishes. It is recommended to serve at around 6–8°C (43–46°F).
Serprino D.O.C. is produced and bottled by Revini, based in Cervarese S.C., at the foot of the Euganean Hills in the province of Padua, Veneto.
